This is by far one of the best work environments I have been a part of. The developers here are the most non-judgmental, helpful people I have ever met. Everyone is willing to explain and teach when needed. Work/life balance is amazing, as well as compensation. Benefits are comparable to other companies. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and moving up.

Cons

It is difficult to find a con honestly. I have worked at many places and this is the most enjoyable environment I have seen. I really enjoy coming to work everyday.

Best Food Best Working enviornment Most important, best people. Everyone is helpful here since the day I joined. My interview process was extremely smooth but tough of course. For interview, Docusign takes care of all expenses. My manager is coolest manager in world. Trust me, I am not exaggerating.

Good in US, bad in Brazil

Pros

The company pays well and for friends of the managers in Brazil, workload is very light.

Cons

In Brazil, the Engineering team is plagued by mangers favoring friends. If you criticize your boss in surveys that are meant to be anonymous, you can get fired (that happened).
