Pros

- good company culture - I like the people I work with - company is focused on development of employees - good pay - potential for yearly bonus - opportunity for advancement

Cons

- long hours - tough work schedule (evening hours at distribution center) - a lot is expected. The work is doable but you have to stay very organized, very involved with your employees, and expect to partner with members of management often.

Pros

Pay is good for people with no education that promote from within, but for individuals with degrees pay is mediocre. Turnover is high, so you get to meet a lot of new people.

Cons

Senior Leadership and Human Resources is unprofessional, rude, and lack caring of all employees at all levels. They try to throw money and gifts at employees to make the employees like them. This just leads to entitled employees that still do not like or care about their jobs. Senior Leadership makes too many unnecessary changes and does not appropriately communicate with supervisors about the change so that the supervisors can explain the reason for the change appropriately. Human Resources is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. When hired, you are told you will work 40-45 hours a week, and you actually work 50-60 hours a week, and are forced to go to "Team Building" activities on the weekends and pretend to have fun.

Pros

If you don't have any experience, it's a decent place to start out, and it's pretty easy to get hired there.

Cons

The turnover rate is high, which speaks volumes about employee satisfaction, so you're likely to be working with new people and being asked to cover missed shifts often. Pay was minimum wage as a sales associate, and I wouldn't say it was good pay at salaried positions either because managers have to work far too many hours to make the hourly rate worthwhile.
