      Pros

      Working with the employees.Fast pace always something to do.You move up very quickly I've been with the company less than 1 year started 3rd key 3 months went to aast mgr 10 months smc.hope to have my own store soon.If you don't mind hard work and have a lot of patience this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Paying good employees a little more money so they would stay.More time for training.Not listening to all the empolyees just the managers.

      Pros

      Constent growth, lots of work to keep you busy, and always changing. No real cuture, so anything goes. Got an idea, they will by it!

      Cons

      Worst work-life balance as DMs work 6 days a week. Divisional managers always looking for a "silver bullet". No level of trust. Poor onboarding; payroll is not allowed to properly train managers and store staff. DMs are expected to make up the lack of labor in the stores. They are told to "live there". Store staffing is impossible with constent turn. Very poor rates of pay to recruit and hire top talent. Store managers are expected to work 6 days a week. Labor model will not work if SM and DM are not working 6 days every week and sometimes 7.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good as far as vacation time given, abililty to further your education, 401K, etc.

      Cons

      Not all employees are treated equal between departments, or even within the same department. It depends on who your supervisor/manager is. Some are very strict regarding time off/flex time others are very lenient. This is not real good for employee morale.
