      Pros

      Good people on the ground level and some decent local managers. Good pension and sick pay protections

      Cons

      Worked here 9 years and never thought I’d leave. The way the restructure was handled destroyed morale. Felt like decisions were already made long before staff were consulted. Nepotism is rife, there’s a culture of burnout, constant micromanagement and unless your pals with a manager don’t expect to progress. Many good people left voluntarily from this poorly run company.
