Can buy holiday but that's the only positive I can think of

Unsure why they win awards for best employer because that's a lie. Micromanagement is rife. If you value you your mental health or sanity avoid working here. God forbid you get ill or unforeseen circumstances happen as you'll be treated appallingly and put on plans with the threat of your job at risk. Burnout and sick leave is rife as workload is unbearable. Managers and leaders are awful and don't care, it's all about stats for them. Worse job I've ever had
