      No racial dissemination. All training and learning support provided by your TLs and company as a whole. They have a good work environment that accommodates every race. Very comfortable and spacious work environment with games and snacks. Very friendly workplace.

      Career advancement might take a while to set in or be accomplished. The probability of working in the same role for several years is a high possibility.
