- Exciting time for the company - lots of growth and ambition - Great team environment, all very friendly - Good company benefits, wide range of options - Well paid - Super relaxed about WFH and flexible working (at least my team is)

Cons

- Slight growing pains as a team / company and how Product / Design fits into the process, but currently reshuffling and the future looks good!

Paycheque is paid each month.

Cons

Copied the Octopus model but not the Octopus ethos. Still running to the E.ON mindset. Things don’t get done because everything is just, ‘Fill a Google form in. X team will pick it up.’ Or, ‘we’ll call the customer back.’ Outsourced staff are specifically told quantity over quality.
