      The company has good benefits given to the employee.

      Cons

      No growth in the company, Working for this role has no structure they literally ask any random thing to do if you're an immigrant and on a graduate visa they don't sponsor. Plus the company doesn't give a chance for young professionals in internal recruitment they always want someone who has been with business for more than 10 years. If you're an immigrant please don't prefer working here because they prefer someone who is a UK resident.

      The people I work with genuinely care about each other, their customers and striving to do their best. The company is so passionate about growth and they dedicate and invest into their employees. I've never felt like a number at E.ON Next, always a person and I think that's so hard to find. You get what you give. If you work hard and are passionate about growing your career then this is a wonderful place to grow! Because of the incredible people who work for E.ON Next it truly feels like home! The culture of always giving feedback means they're always open to what works best for colleagues and customers.
