      Very few, although the utility industry is in a very challenging political environment with limited budget and tight governance.

      Pros

      Good career development and some great managers as mentors. Investment in their staff. Flexible working. Engaged leadership teams.

      Cons

      With such a big company, some colleagues get away with doing the bare minimal. Managers need more suport to be able to lead their teams more effectively.
