Pros

free drinks although limited selection city centre location so easy to get to can make great friends lots of camaraderie lots of chances to move to different areas with regular job updates good pay and rewards package yearly bonus (however the amount does depend on achieving targets)

Cons

recruitment process is competency based and requires "story and lie telling, bullshi**ing and using favourable words rather than knowledge base, skillset or ability to perform and do the role" - Quote from a senior manager!!! (this was how they got their role - APPARENTLY) treated like children and micro managed - are we there to help customers or pat the worthy on the back and belittle under achievers? graduates are given SM roles, this is not good for them or the company, why are these types of roles given to the inexperienced rather than the competent?? managers move on frequently for more beneficial and less stressful analyst roles, meaning less stability and support for the grass roots staff. company have too much emphasis on pleasing OFGEM rather than challenging them and showing support for the loyal and hard working staff. too much disorganisation with individuals, teams and sections having different ways of working lack of trust in employees practice what you preach - Emails advise to protect the environment and not reprint yet paper guides are given out like samples at cadburys. do your staff really need 3 pages of GUFF to be able to say hello to a customer!???
