The pay is the only thing that is keeping me here

Cons

The company promotes equality and fairness, but Eon doesn’t practice what they preach Working environment/culture within the business Management/senior management Don’t care about mental well-being of employees, which is why a lot of people go off work with stress No development opportunities – it’s a “if your face fits” environment only will you be promoted/progress Management do not value staff Call centre environment – Back Office Tool, Nice, and Telephone Codes Some managers don’t actually know what their team do – but senior management won’t do anything about it i.e. training etc. Treated like children Always being told how to do your job, even if you have done it for years YOU ARE LITERALLY WORKING FOR THE DEVIL

great opportunities for personal development, genuinely committed to doing things differently and positively impacting the customer relationship. Passionate about improving customer engagement with broader range of solutions commitment and success is rewarded, development schemes available for early . talent

Cons

Speed to implement solutions could be quicker and more agile. Government energy strategy means the business has to evolve into being more agile and risk taking
