The positives about working for Eon.UK are The excellent pay structure, they care about their peoples welfare, especially Health & Safety. They encourage good team working and encourage flexible working. They provide unlimited free drinks from a vending machine.

- the people - supportive, collaborative, interesting and want to succeed - the values - it's a company that might not always get things right but is on the right path - the variety - for me personally it's the variety of people and issues I work with - investment in people - huge investment in personal development

Cons

- bureaucracy and decision making but we're getting better

Pros

Large organisation so plenty of opportunity to move and progress with in the business. They offer in house training to help with you career. Salary is competitive with in the area very processed, so making things fair and consistent

Cons

Like any large companies they have re-structures and changes so there's been redundancies in recent years, but they are good with supporting you and finding you alternative work elsewhere in the business or if you leave.
