Fantastic community, some of the nicest and best people that I have ever met, a really important industry sector and a company determined to do things better for all, a fantastically interesting change agenda and lots of opportunity to develop and learn.

Cons

Can be a bit slow in decision making and frustrating in achievement.

Pros

Salary and package very competitive with fantastic pension contribution and share offerings. Life style choices package too. Company very politically correct and treating people fairly along with extremely high values if treating customers fairly and putting the customers first before business which eon absolutely do!

Cons

In more senior roles Internal recruitment is poor, recruitment done based on competency rather than skill to do the job which pulls of other skilled staff members. Lack of training for core skills.

Pros

Fast, challenging, team-work. There are day to day challenges and learning opportunities apart from educational background. Get to know people from different countries and gain knowledge of different cultures.

Cons

Have to approach directly to line managers to have more tasks as normally tasks assigned are not too much. They take very less time to complete. To keep yourself motivated go for extra work.
