In the time I've worked for E.ON I've had opportunities to learn, develop and grow into the Communications professional I am today. I've been lucky enough to have some fantastic leaders who have coached and supported me, but have also been equally driven to progress. The majority of colleagues and stakeholders I work with are respectful and value my contributions to engagement. E.ON's commitment to D&I and flexible working make the work environment second to none. I feel in control of my own working hours and have the support and flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance, prioritising my family. Maternity / paternity package is excellent, and E.ON are committed to closing the gender pay gap. Colleague networks to support talent development and inclusion are open to all colleagues.

Cons

Being a large corporate, can sometimes feel hierarchical. Big difference culturally between E.ON vs E.ON Next.
