Pros

Head office have flexible working, good bonus scheme, free car parking on site.

Cons

No regard for staff, long hours culture, the senior team ate a closed team who simply carry instructions of the 2 owners. Ruthless ownership. Challenge is not accepted. If your face does not fit you will soon leave the business.

Regular customers, hours fit in with childcare

Lone working with no time for toilet let alone a break Management try to make you pay for drive offs / unpaid fuel - please note, they legally CANNOT make you do this. I have been to CAB and fought back! Manager clocks in early, goes home and comes back 10 hrs later to clock out! So many policies and 'safe at work' things to read but they don't give a damn No bonuses as always a fault to find Low staff morale Wages rarely correct then make you wait til next month for them Won't send anyone out for essential repairs
