No pros that I can think of. Department is lead by a bully who enjoys harassing people. Staff are known to regularly be made to cry

Cons

Poorly run department. Backward minded. Very high turnover of staff as a result with monthly outgoings. Senior Managers are rude and obnoxious. No respect for staff and they act invincible because they have been in the company for 15-20 years. Department is run like the stone ages. No pay structure. Best part of the job is that they let you go home at the end of the day

Benefits are good, pay for upper management is decent.

Cons

Corportate doesn't seem to have a clear understanding of what employees and customers want. This company is heavily in debt and starting to sell off some of the stores that are not performing at required levels. Store managers are expected to work 60+ hours a week even though you are told it's 48 hours minimum. Starting pay for new hires is so far below competitors that staffing is constantly an issue. This results in a revolving door scenario with inexperienced staff trying to meet company standards and store managers practically living at the store working very long days and few days off.
