Pros

Company has good communication with employees and lots of training opportunities.

Cons

Salaried management are REQUIRED to work 48 hours a week minimum- they require the management to have all the overtime- so they don’t have to pay the exempt employees to do it. Many weeks worked in excess of 70 hours before finally quitting. Not worth it!
