Cons
• No hybrid working, not brilliant for a company based in a provincial northern town • No concept of work/life balance: ask people what they did at the weekend and they’ll inevitably say they did some work. People still in the office at 6, 7pm & logging on when they get home • Everything is done in Excel for the most part, no proper data systems, not great for a company with a billion pounds annual revenue spread across multiple countries • Everyone works in silos, no defined processes, completely different ways of working from team to team and none of it is documented • Employee benefits are basically the absolute minimum they can get away with
