Fast growing company Lots of promotion opportunities Slowly sorting a training scheme

Over worked.. always expecting more,more,more. Dont get paid for any extra hours you do. But to cover the workload you ALWAYS do extra hours. The more money they make the more budget hours for staff are taken away adding even more workload for the managers to do. There is a bonus scheme that you have to jump through hoops an work you an your team to the ground to get (I have achieved these lots of unpaid hours to do so). As you move up the ranks your thrown in at the deep end at each stage just hoping the person before you has been showing you right. Information isnt always passed down right to the managers and when it is alot of the time it's all last minute.
