Cons

Lack of adequate training. Lack of communication. Almost impossible to achieve bonuses. Long hours, sometimes unsociable hours.

Was given the opportunity to manage a large unit Good relationships with other managers in the area Great first management role and invaluable experience

Cons

Training was non-existent - I had to train myself Favouritism towards certain employees from upper management No training or development opportunities Unrealistic targets No work life balance - was disturbed even when not in the country No company discount scheme No recognition for hard work in challenging times Friction between brand and Eurogarages - ideals of both sometimes were polar opposites
