No good reasons for working,sly area managers and get treated like dirt.

Cons

I worked for eurogarages as a greggs manager for 9 months, they used me to the full and took full advantage out if me by using me as they could not get no staff to take on the manager responsibility, please never work as a manager for eurogarages.

Cons

The entire operation is run like an illegal store, shady practices everywhere to be seen. Everything you do is held against you with a culture of fear, if you don’t sign a form that’s obviously illegal they make you do it by threatening to take away hours, meaning you then can’t afford to eat with the already meager pay.

Pros

Really Friendly managers. National living wage paid to everyone no matter the age. Flexible hours A lot of hours available Able to take waste home. Easy job. Can be a really fun job if you are able to complete tasks correctly. Daily tasks are set out and are easy to complete. Staff are really nice and fun to work with for the most part.

Cons

Do not pay extra for holidays or night shifts, including Christmas Day and New Years. Little room for progression. Regional managers can be very strict.
