Pros

Just about anyone is given work as turnover if staff is so high

Cons

Absolutely no ethics in terms of staff. Key objective is to make profit for owners. Unless you are desperate for work my personal advice is to think carefully about working for this company or any of their franchises.

Pros

Easy, no responsibility, quiet, nothing to do, no complaints

Cons

The management team is poor, they are hired for the wrong reasons, nothing is dealt with correctly, you can get away with anything , some weeks you get hours other weeks you don't, everyone is two faced, if you drive you can have your own store, everyone leaves huge turnover,

Pros

I started out as team member and worked myself up to supervisor within a year at the age of 19. This job is great if you’re desperate for work as they employ anyone that turns up for an interview

Cons

They employ anyone that turns up for an interview because they’re so desperate. This means a lot of lazy people will call in sick or not do their job properly so it’ll feel like you’re doing 3 different jobs at once constantly. 13 hour shifts. 4.30 am starts that leave you with a nice 2 hour gap to eat and shower before having to go sleep at a reasonable time to gain enough hours because you’ll have to be up at 3am the next day. This company takes the nick out of you if you agree to do overtime and you end up working 50-60 hour weeks. This job has damaged my social life greatly and I’m only 21!!
