Flexible - 0 hour contract

Cons

No breaks. Management/supervisors treat staff awfully. Favouritism is absolutely ridiculous. Nothing is done when staff get treat badly by customers or other members of staff. Zero hour contracts can be so so unfair, especially when favouritism is involved. Constantly left to work on your own, even at 10pm at night when there’s been robberies/knife crimes at nearby garages. Nobody knows what’s going on basically.
