Free drinks on shift 50% discount on greggs products

Cons

Not enough staff .often work 13 or 14 hour shift .only 20 min break if you have time to take a break at all. Single person shut down meaning you have to serve cash up clean etc only paid till 30 minutes after shop closes but in reality it takes much longer than this meaning you dont get paid for the work you do. 5 am starts. Will employ anyone with a pulse who turns up to interview.

I honestly cannot think of anything that comes from working for this company.

Cons

I received one raise when Minit Mart was still owned by Travel Centers Of America, I make $7.73 an hour. At my store, I am the only employee not making at least $8 an hour and I've been there for over two years. My manager put in for me to be raised to $9 an hour but at this moment in time, I am still waiting. The drama at this store is unbelievable.
