There are no pros to this job. Absolutely terrible company to work for!!

Cons

No labor to run the stores. They cut my area of 12 stores over 800 hours. Could not keep the stores clean and run food stores with these hours. I had 5 branded food concepts including Subway, Hunts Brothers, and GodFathers Pizza. No support No training No communication from HQ No direction Upper Management has unrealistic expectations Deceiving perks and Benefits offered HQ has no clue of policy and procedures They don’t have a clue what that are doing with the chain of stores they bought I worked for.
