- Interact with customers - Guaranteed contract hours if not more

- Poor management both on and off site - Fake promises of promotion - No incentives to work - No staff discount - No home-life outside of work - Expected to work long hours without a break - Expected to work on your rest days - Pre-arranged holidays are denied if a member of staff is also off - Poor staff turn-over - Lack of training received - Rude and abrupt managers - Lack of support from managers when ill - Several laws which are bypassed - Low/No staff morale
