The worse company I have every worked for not paid for over time rubbish wage for the amount of work and the lack of hours is unreal to be able to do your work load

- Ever-changing landscape (both internally and externally) offers plenty of learning opportunities. - Freedom to do things in the way I feel is best. - Reasonable hours (working late is not structurally expected).

Cons

- The downside to constant changes is a form of 'unrest' in the corporate culture. - Acquisitions generate legacy systems and different ways of working. - It is not always clear who is responsible for what.
