management is poor, don't expect to move up the ladder. senior management have very little respect and don't acknowledge you.

Nothing good about working for this company useless management from top to bottom, company bothered about profits nothing else, too rapidly growing couldn't care less about you or the management

Cons

Minimum wage,zero hour contract most of the time hours not available,clueless management from top to bottom even head office don't know what they are doing, no pay increase hassled to hit targets otherwise being made redundancy forced upon you, company too busy growing rapidity couldn't care less about employees or managers or health and safety. Really really really will not recommend this company believe me they are useless. I'm currently desperately look for new job or career
