Pros

There are no pros. Pros would be location and doing sandwiches, which I enjoy so much, if I had stayed there

Cons

I could stay only 2 days at Subway in Copthorne. In these 2 days they lied me fifteen times. The lied about starting date, about hours, about contract, and finally did not sign the contract at all. They are looking for slaves who will accept everything, having 30 hours this week, 0 hours next few weeks and 20 hours in the following week, when the agreement is about full-time job.

Can't really pick a positive bar having an income.

Cons

There is a lack of basic systems in place, no communication throughout the company maybe due to the lack of management tiers and so many different franchises
