Some hierarchies are good but overally wouldn't recommended to grow.

Cons

Toxic work culture. No chain of command. Employee can just complain about anything to Area Manager and AM buys it a lot even went on to promote em. Just to create good reviews.

Exposure to "side quests" Global brand, good for CV Was a great place before 2021, after this year the company structure changed in more ways than one that unfortunately sent it on the dow ward spiral

Cons

Pay is not on par with other businesses for the same, or even lower level, role Has gone downhill in terms of strategy and management since 2021 High staff turnover
