Pros

Barista qualification could be taken to other organisations, some of the staff you work with were good people. CEOs do come round and visit stores and are really decent people.

Cons

Store and area managers in some cases are awful, rude, and gossip about their staff. Most managers are between 25 and 35 so actually have no idea how to properly manage PEOPLE. No flexibility in working hours, clear favouritism.

Pros

Office facilities are stunning with onsite canteen, state of the art prayer rooms, coffee breakout areas Supportive colleagues and team working spirit fosters collaboration good opportunities to progress but can be limited as new system/process is put in place

Cons

Huge discrepancy in salary structure. An external candidate is always valued and paid more for the same role compared to long term staff who have built up knowledge and processes over the years. Their contracts for qualifications are so poor that people who complete exams are effectively tied in and must pay it back when they leave. job roles are misaligned senior TSS members having a poor work ethic but taking the credit. Reviews done less frequently
