Pros

It is ok to learn skills and knowledge around digital marketing

Cons

Unprofessional and unqualified management. There is no ethic. No respects and no recognition for employees. Senior managment doesn't trust anyone but a couple of people so it's impossible to make any change. In addition there is not trasparency in hiring processes and people get promoted only if they have the right connections. Sometimes they promote someone even if there are not positions available at the moment but waiting for them (e.g. TLs without teams). New hires are thrown on the floor without a proper training around products and colleagues have to ramp up newbies trying to fill the lack of training. No extra money or time for this support. Overall lack of structure and stability. Managers are not qualified to face the challanges of a multinational company as most of them have been promoted by their friends and they have no previous experience in the role. No clue about managing a transition or redundancy. They dismiss people and after that they start hiring again without a strategy or a plan behind. Very repetitive tasks at any levels. No clear carrier path. The turnover rate is very high but none cares apparently and It says a lot.

Pros

Great company and good employees

Cons

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. They do not care about their employees here; to them, you are just another number. They get upset when you use your sick days, even though they are a legal right, and then retaliate against you by punishing you when you return to work. And be careful about filing a complaint with Human Resources because they are two-faced. Instead of helping you, it often ends up backfiring on you. That is why no one feels comfortable going to them. This company does not appreciate or value its employees unless you have connections or favoritism. Management, starting from the top, has no clear direction. Everything constantly changes, even when it is not the best option, simply because someone higher up decided it. The environment feels outdated and authoritarian, like something from another era. There is a lot of hypocrisy, resentment, and abuse of power.
