Pros
The company offers flexible work hours, allowing time off when needed for events and vacations along with school. As far as schooling goes, arvato offers reimbursement up to $2000 annually for taking classes that pertain to your job. They offer good health care, eye, and dental benefits along with matching up to 6% when putting money into your 401k. arvato also allows personalization of work area, making your desk a more friendly, and the dress policy is not very strict, only requiring that you wear long pants with no holes in them.
Cons
arvato goes through phases every few months where they 'decide' that it is in the best interest of the company to rearrange management and in the process, most the people underneath management. On top of the confusion of who actual is your manager, the upper management doesn't seem to know what they are doing, and often are known to take vacations around the time when businesses that they are managing are supposed to be opening. The knowledgeable employees tend to be highly underpaid and tend to be overworked, often doing job duties other than their own. Upper management tends to look at numbers rather than quality of work or duties when rearranging the company and changes peoples duties to areas where they have little to no knowledge or are trying to get away from.
