Pros
- Work life balance - flexible working hours - If you don't consider for career advancement, here maybe a good place for you to layoff.
Cons
- bad increments - very politic ... If HR like you, you can get a lot of promotion / increments ... on the other way, if HR don't like you, they will force you to leave the company with tons of "activity" - The KPI is never align with how business need and it set by HR, but, HR is never run with business ... - in 5 years time, change of 3 Operation Manage (which is consider as Senior Management). And, this impact so much on day to day business - You can only get promotion when you are good enough (be friend) with HR - HR will use all the social media to observe your activity ...
