      Spannender Mix aus deutscher und französischer Unternehmenskultur mit flachen Hierarchien, klaren und strategischen Zielen. Wer motiviert ist und sich voll einbringen möchte, wird ein kollegiales Arbeitsumfeld finden, in dem man sich wohlfühlen und auch entfalten kann. Außergewöhnliche Sozialleistungen, insbesondere BAV.

      Cons

      Schnell gewachsene Organisation mit teilweise umständlicher IT Infrastruktur. Hoher Workload - wer ein eng abgestecktes Arbeitsgebiet benötigt und nicht stressresistent ist, wird sich nicht integrieren können. Keine Möglichkeit für Homeoffice.

      Pros

      The bank is very dynamism. This subsidiary of a french corporate bank has been established in Germany twenty years ago.

      Cons

      As it is a recent structure that really started to develop 7 years ago, there can be a lack of professionalism, and there is no frontier between the different teams and services. As an intern this is however a good thing since you can be involved in many kind of tasks.

      It is charming to use my French day by day.

      Cons

      The salary is not really competitive. There are no trainings. There are no thank yous. Managers cannot control their emotions very well.
