Pros
The health and vacation benefits were great. The people were generally friendly and easy to work with. There is opportunity to grow there.
Cons
Since I worked in a branch office, we were often given directives from the head office that were difficult to implement. Since our technological, personnel and budgetary resources were limited, it was hard to keep up with management requirements and objectives. Salary increases and bonuses were limited.
