Environment is friendly, multicultural and overtimes are very rare. The number of technologies used is pretty high so a lots of opportunities to learn something new.
Cons
Commerzbank is not in a good financial situation, so all the promoting and payment rise has to be confirmed by the top management (so practically does not happen at all).
