Friendly and easy-going environment. Lots of opportunities to learn and see new things if you go after that, but you have to drive it yourself.
Cons
More traditional and less dynamic working environment. I have worked in some challenging and interesting roles but there is quite a disparity between departments and department heads. Hierarchical structures are quite fixed.
