      Good colleagues, friendly environment, supportive and approachable line manager

      Cons

      Currently going through a 'phased' redundancy where 50% of us will be gone by 2024. Clearly a Board strategy to invoke resignations and avoid huge redundancy packages before they close shop in a couple of years.
