      Company benefits, very good early bonuses, compensations for Christmas and Inflation, business trips to Germany, work-life balance, additional vacation days

      banking software, a lot of restrictions, complex system with customization, hard to understand the depths of it, projects uses somehow old technologies and migrations take a lot of time and delay
