      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are excellent. Possibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Additional rules and processes. Limited selection of software for development (including IDE) - you have to adapt to what is approved. Not possible to order hardware of your choice. Resolving some of my requests was slow, some of those were ignored.
