Pros
Eventually get you a job in a blue chip company without little to no experience. Great way to start a career, only if you can't find what they are offering on your own.
Cons
Highly disorganized management. May take ages to eventually get a real answer for your question. Low pay. Crazy hours. No structure of how they actually pay you. Every pay stub is a mystery.
