Pros

You don't need any experience to start working here as a customer service agent. There was only one interview, and I started working 2 weeks later. I was working in an international team and got to know many nice people.

Cons

They paid minimum wage + sometimes some bonuses. The workload was too heavy on some days, but mostly it was okay. It all depends on your language and the project you're working on. The contract was limited, 1 year at the start, then got extended half year and then another half year (2 years in all).

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
