Pros

1. Good Working environment 2. Policies are quite clear, Well focused on employee needs. Same what each employee want to know 3. Everybody in the company is approachable like senior management, HR, Immigration Team 4. The annual package is good compared to the current market rates 5. Anual increment promised on work anniversary and every year to all employees. haven't completed one year, so will get back on this later. 6. Everything is so good so far

Cons

1. Leave plans are not good, You have only 15 Days paid leave in a year, Those even are not carry forward. You are forced to take all leaves every year. you won't be paid if you didn't take or carry forward. It goes to trash if you don't take 2. No sick leave or Casual Leaves 3. No Marriage leaves 4. GC Policy is quite clear on their portal. Criteria for GC : 1. You must have at least completed 1 year on GL 2. Should have at least Band2 ( Internal Grading System). Advise for H1B employees don't join on Band1. Ask for Band2 or More 3. It's not Mandatory that you will be eligible after above two conditions. It completely depends on your Supervisor Rest everything is good so far.

Pros

Offered remote work. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Incredibly disorganized from onboarding to the recent mass layoffs of both contractors and full-time employees. The culture within the project I worked on was prone to toxic corporate politics, and the guidelines for the work performed were often vague and shifting. I can only assume this is indicative of the larger environment Gobal Logic cultivates, but it's hard to tell as their website includes nothing but word salad around what they actually do or the services they provide. Leadership constantly changed the goalpost meaning no one could truly learn or succeed. The airplane was being built as it was being flown, essentially. New tools were consistently introduced and then changed when it was found they were ineffective and the client was not being given the results they demanded. It almost felt at times as if the project was being internally sabotaged, though I'm not sure what the benefit of that would be. While not a scam, there is no hope of upward mobility, and you can be let go at a moment's notice. The instability and culture of fear they create is absolutely intentional, and you'd be better off working elsewhere for the sake of your mental health. I don't foresee this company having any tangible longevity given how poorly it's run.
