      Poor man's amazon. Wicked upper management, poor training, crushing pace, mathematically impossible targets, no work life balance, myopic staffing plans, the list goes on

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
