      Pros

      Fast-paced, room to grow, lots of hands-on learning - you get to learn what it takes to run your own business without the fear of losing your own investment. Health insurance is a plus.

      Cons

      Corporate has no idea how to effectively communicate - a common trend seen in lower management as well. HR is a joke. Payroll is done by HR employees. Unclear standards for promotion. No employee handbook.

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
