Pros
Good business idea; fast paced, lots of work to do. Decent pay for the area, though not when considering responsibilities.
Cons
Managers shouldn't be taking more deliveries than drivers; general managed need more training; independent contractor designation for drivers is stupid and you have no control over the drivers;

Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.
Cons
Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly.
Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
