      Culture is amazing Everyone I work with is super nice and helpful Leadership is down to earth and approachable (The head of Marketing takes the trash out!) Leadership actively listens to the staff and makes changes for the better The work is challenging and fun

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
