Pros
Snacks in the office. Breakfast and dinner provided because they want you to come in early and stay late. lunches on Fridays. Casual dress code.
Cons
Culture is awful, youre a work horse and that's all. Everyone looks out for themselves and no one listens to each other. There is no infrastructure for some of the departments at HQ because of such high turnover. Unrealistic expectations with little to no support. They also say "unlimited pto" but in the handbook it states you shouldnt take more then 10 days a year... so not really unlimited. There's a reason people don't stay long here.
