      Pros

      Absolutely no pros. The two little clowns who are co-CEOs say that they want you to “run the MFC as if it was your own business”, micromanage to a ridiculous level. If you give your input to improve any aspect of the company, you are looked at as a usurper.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
